Preferably defrost before cooking, if you want to defrost quickly, take the product in the sealed bag and put it in warm water, it will deforst in minutes.
Pan-fry on medium heat until heated throughout (3-4 minutes if defrosted).
Or braai, just 2 minutes on each of the 4 sides.
