Spicy kebabs with refreshing dip

Want to whip up a quick snack for those surprise guests coming over? Look no further. The combination of the spicy VERO kebabs with the
refreshing dip, topped off with the crunchy tangy pomegranate seeds will be a sure hit.

  • Ingredients (serves 4 as a snack)

    • 250 gr (4 kebabs) VERO Spicy Chilli plant-based kebabs, defrosted
    • 400 ml of plant-based yoghurt (e.g. oat or soy)
    • 1 red or green chilli, finely chopped
    • 1 clove of fresh garlic, grated (for a hint of sweetness)
    • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
    • Lime juice from 1 juiced lime
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1 pack of salad greens
    • 1 pack of bean sprouts
    • 1 pack of pomegranate seeds

      TIP: For variation, use the VERO Smoky Barbeque or Flame Grilled plant-based kebabs.

  • Preparation (10 minutes)

    • Heat a frying pan with oil and pan fry the defrosted VERO Spicy Chilli kebabs for 3-4 minutes until heated throughout.
    • For the dip: combine the plant-based yoghurt, chopped chilli, grated garlic, paprika powder, and lime juice together in a bowl and season to liking with salt & pepper.
    • Make up the plate with the salad greens and bean sprouts, and place the kebabs on top.
    • Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
